Your Employee ID card is not only your access card to buildings on campus, but also allows you to make dining purchases with Paw Bucks. Paw Bucks is a declining pre-paid debit account you can use for additional purchases both on campus and off.

Faculty and Staff receive a 15% discount at food venues when using their Paw Bucks account!

Please use this form to request a New/Replacement DeSales University Employee ID. Office Hours are Monday - Friday 9 am–5 pm.

If you need a temporary pass after hours or weekends, please visit Campus Police and they will issue a temporary card that needs to be turned into the Card Office within 24 hours (or the next business day).
