The Office of the Treasurer is here to assist with any questions or concerns you may have regarding billing and payment.
DeSales University offers several methods to pay your student account balance, including the new DeSales University Payment Plan. The University had previously partnered with Higher Education Services (“HES”) for those families interested in using a payment plan but has now transitioned to an in-house supported program, which will include much of the same functionality as the HES plan but with the following notable differences:
- The ability for a student to share access to plan details with a parent or other responsible paying party;
- A semester–based plan only, with no option for an annual plan; and
- Beginning Spring 2022, daily integration with the most current billing and financial aid data from your student account.
More specific DeSales University Payment Plan application information will be included with the fall semester invoice you will receive in July. We look forward to providing any assistance needed as you consider potential participation in this new plan.
