Michelle is an Adjunct Professor in the Criminal Justice Program at DeSales University.

Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, with a concentration in Forensic Science and a minor in Psychology, and a Master of Science in Forensic Science, all from Cedar Crest College. She currently works as a forensic scientist at the Pennsylvania State Police Crime Laboratory in Bethlehem, PA. She performs serological analysis on evidence and conducts bloodstain pattern analysis. She has testified many times as an expert witness in the fields of serology and bloodstain pattern analysis. She is certified by the American Board of Criminalistics, as well as a member of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences and the International Association of Bloodstain Pattern Analysts.
