You can order official transcripts online 24/7 through the National Student Clearinghouse. This service allows you to order multiple transcripts using any major credit card. You'll receive real-time email and mobile text alerts about your order status, and you can track your order online. A USPS First-Class Mail option is also available on weekdays for those requiring a paper transcript.

Note: Electronic transcripts are not offered for records prior to 1994.

Current students can access their unofficial transcripts via the MyDSU portal:

• Log into MyDSU.
• Navigate to WebAdvisor Self-Service for Students.
• Click on the Academics tab (graduation cap icon).
• Select "Unofficial Transcript."
• Choose the transcript level; it should download automatically.

Graduates of DeSales University can get a replacement diploma for a $50 processing fee. DeSales also offers certified electronic diplomas through our trusted partner, CeCredential Trust. Diploma orders are processed monthly.

Requesting a Replacement Diploma

• Who’s Eligible? Graduates of DeSales University or Allentown College of St. Francis de Sales.
• Processing Fee: $50
• Important Note: Replacement diplomas display DeSales University (AC diplomas are no longer available).
• How to Order: Submit requests through the alumni site (processed monthly).

Credential Retrieval

• Receive an email with a download link from CeCredential Trust when your diploma is ready.
• Need a new link? Use the CeCredential Trust site to resend.

• Once you complete your coursework for a DeSales certificate (i.e. undergraduate, Online & Adult Studies, post-baccalaureate, graduate, post-graduate), you may submit your Certificate Completion Application.
• The cost to process your certificate is $35.00. The approximate processing time is 2-4 weeks, and you will receive it in the mail using the address we have on file. If you have any questions about the process, please contact registrar@desales.edu.
