Educational Initiatives

The legacy of Salesian spirituality offers a wealth of teachings that can provide powerful tools for living in the 21st century.  The Salesian Center is committed to providing education in the Salesian tradition both directly, through programs investigating Salesian texts and teachings, and indirectly, through programs inspired by the key principle in Salesian spirituality that all people are called to holiness in their particular states-in-life. 

Our educational initiatives have various audiences in mind, but all fof them offer readily available means by which we make this Salesian education about faith and culture happen.  To learn more, visit the links below:

Faith & Reason Honors program - an academic program for select students at DSU to explore the larger questions of life

Ryan Leadership Institute - a two-year program for select students at DSU to learn executive management skills in the context of Salesian spirituality

               ► Salesian Studies Online - personal enrichment courses on themes in Salesian spirituality
