Soundings

The Salesian Center occasionally sponsors a special theatre event in which the audience enjoys a "second stage" performance, usually in the Schubert Theatre at the Labuda Center, followed by a "talk-back" discussion with the cast and/or invited experts on the subject being dramatized.

This annual lecture series is designed to offer the public a humanistic viewpoint on an issue of national prominence. The topic of discussion for this event will be The attractive beauty of holiness: the influence of St. Francis de Sales in the married  spirituality of Elisabeth Leseur. FR. THOMAS KEVIN KRAFT, OP, Friar of the Province of Saint Joseph USA, currently assigned to Saint Dominic's House, Nairobi, Kenya is our featured speaker.
