Screendance Festival

Screendance is dance that has been choreographed especially
for the on-screen environment. It is about inventing a hybrid art
form that combines the best elements of cinematography and
dance choreography into one unique expression. On Saturday
evening we will feature the Screendance films of Portland,
Oregon based dance company Body Vox. On Sunday evening, the slate
will feature our 48-hour Screendance Challenge showcasing student created films by our dance, theatre, and TV/film majors. Ages 10+

This year's Screendance Festival will be held in the Commonwealth room of the DeSales University Center. This non-ticketed event is free and open to the public. Please arrive early as seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
