Why I Do What I Do: I enjoy the challenge and find it motivating.
Current Residence: New York City, New York
Birth Place: Calcutta India
High School: St. Xaviers Collegiate School, Calcutta, India
Memories: Xaviers, as it is commonly known, was the love of my life for the first 18 years. I would be lying if I said that I have "got over" her! I made the closest friends, met the best teachers, played real hard, studied very little, did the craziest things and spent the most incredible hours "giving adda" with my friends. I owe a very large part of myself to my high school. I would be a different person had I not spend my most fruitful years in Xaviers. I miss it a lot. However, we move on...but cherish and hold close to the things we love so dearly.

Biggest Challenge: Leaving behind everyone back home and coming half way across the world to a new country. It wasn't easy in the beginning, but was blessed with a lot of wonderful people here at DeSales. This made life so much more enjoyable, and it gave me something to look forward to.
Best Advice Received: Dr. Lewis and Mr. Dwyer suggesting that I do a dual major in Accounting and MIT.
Advice I Would Give: Enjoy college and have fun. These four years never come back.
Toughest Obstacle I Overcame: Staying away from family and friends back home.
What I Liked Best About DeSales: The University campus -- it was just beautiful. However, what made it most special were the people I knew -- I surely do miss all of them.
What I Miss Most About DeSales: Interaction with faculty, staff and the students.
What I Miss Least About DeSales: The cafeteria food.
Advice for Present DeSales Students: Make the most of these four years. For a lot of you, this experience will be a memorable one. Have fun, enjoy life, and make new friends. We have a lot of great teachers here. Make sure to interact with them - their advice is invaluable.
