As a finance major, you'll have an opportunity to take courses in banking, security analysis, risk management, taxation, and international finance. As a graduate, you'll be prepared to pursue a variety of careers including banking, financial management, financial planning, security analysis, and insurance.

Students with a specialty in personal financial planning can choose a career within a full array of jobs. You can be a self-employed financial advisor, or work for various financial institutions such as:

  • Law offices

  • Human resource and employee benefits departments
