Brynnlee Pavlovich leads internship programming and experiential learning initiatives that prepare students for life beyond the classroom at DeSales University. After growing up in New Jersey and completing her undergraduate studies at DeSales University, she returned to the Lehigh Valley in 2024 to work at her alma mater and be closer to family.
Previously, Brynnlee served in Washington, DC with AmeriCorps through City Year, education nonprofits, and within the District government, supporting inner-city middle and high schools through work-based learning and industry specific initiatives. Her work focuses on student support, educational access, and strengthening partnerships between schools and community organizations.
Since returning to the Lehigh Valley, Brynnlee has become actively involved in the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Young Professionals Council (YPC) Board of Directors and as Co-Chair of the YPC Connections Committee. She is also engaged with the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers (EACE), where she serves as Co-Chair of the Leadership Empowerment Series.
Outside of working with students and networking with local professionals, Brynnlee enjoys creating watercolor greeting cards, Painted by Pav, and sharing her love of the Lehigh Valley through Plated by Pav, a social media platform where she showcases local restaurants and events.
Her work is guided by a commitment to service, relationship-building, and creating impactful learning opportunities for others.
