DeSales Bus Trip to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on Broadway
Join DeSales University Office of Alumni Relations on Sunday, March 30 for a bus trip into New York City to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at 1 p.m. on Broadway at The Lyric Theatre. The cost is $165 per person and includes a ticket with the group in the Dress Circle, a seat on a charter bus through J&J transportation, snacks and drinks on the bus plus the bus driver gratuity. The production, the 8th story in the Harry Potter series and the most awarded new play in history, has been called “one of the most defining pop culture events of the decade” by Forbes. Join DeSales for a day in Manhattan with time to grab a meal on your own before the matinee. More details on the schedule below.
Expected Schedule for the Day:
- Arrive at the DeSales University Center parking lot at 8:30 AM - the bus will leave campus promptly at 9 AM for Manhattan
- Time for a meal on your own prior to the 1:00 PM matinee
- Immediately following the show at approximately 4 PM, the bus will leave the theatre and return to campus around 6 PM.
Please note: every child must have a ticket to see the show regardless of age. Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is recommended for children 8 and up. Children under 5 are not permitted in the theatre.
