Organized into four distinct colleges and schools, the structure reflects the University's commitment to fostering innovation, collaboration, and a vibrant learning community.

- Kathleen Waterbury and J.B. Reilly School of Business
This school supports aspiring leaders and entrepreneurs with robust programs in business disciplines, including accounting, data analytics, finance, marketing, and more. Its legacy includes creating industry-relevant programs such as the M.S. in Business Analytics. - College of Arts, Education, and Humanities
Comprising the School of Education and the School of Performing Arts, this college nurtures creativity and critical thinking. Students explore disciplines ranging from literature and history to teacher preparation and performing arts. - College of Sciences
