DeSales Set to Welcome Another Record-Breaking Class

For the second year in a row, DeSales is on track to welcome another record-setting class to campus. 

The University has received deposits from 527 first-year students in the Class of 2026. In addition, the enrollment team expects 70 transfer students to enroll for the fall.

“I want to thank the faculty, staff, and administration for their dedication and collective efforts to recruit the Class of 2026. In an increasingly competitive student recruitment landscape, we have recruited two consecutive record-breaking classes to DeSales University, and we could not be more excited. We look forward to continuing to grow DeSales and advancing our Catholic, Salesian mission.”

Nearly a quarter of those first-year deposited students report being from a diverse background. Students also hail from 20 different states, including Arizona, California, Florida, Michigan, and Montana.

Other fun facts about the Class of 2026: 

  • The average SAT score is 1195.
  • The average ACT score is 26.
  • And, the average GPA is 3.44.
