Justin administers Blackboard and supports the implementation of the various third-party tools used in Blackboard and has extensive experience within the CERT team. He graduated from the ACCESS program with a Bachelor’s in Management of Information Technology in 2017. His free time consists of playing with his pups Cooper and Clarke and video games when the pups are out of energy.
