Elizabeth Rosa, Professor in the Division of Business, teaches Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Auditing, Forensic Accounting, Fraud Examination (MBA), and Business Communication Skills. Professor Rosa is active in advising DeSales accounting majors in career development skills such as accounting job market investigation, networking, résumé and cover letter writing, and interviewing. She is Coordinator of the DeSales Semester Study Abroad Program in Rome, Italy, and has led summer study abroad programs to Rome for over 20 years.

Professor Rosa is a certified public accountant (CPA) and certified management accountant (CMA) and holds an MBA degree from Lehigh University and a BA in French from Tulane University. Prior to her teaching career, she worked as a staff accountant at the CPA firm, Berg, Schultz, and Green, in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and managed art galleries in New Orleans, Louisiana, and in Rome, Italy. She speaks Italian, French, and Portuguese.

Professor Rosa has co-authored and published five books in the specialized field of accounting communication skills: The Accountant's Guide to Professional Communication, Communication and Auditing, Communication and Management Accounting, Communication and Tax Accounting, and Launching Your Accounting Career. Her current areas of research include communication and financial reporting and Italian language for business.
