Janelle Hill
Director of Media Relations
As director of media relations, Janelle manages communications with local, regional, and national media. She also writes for the DeSales website and oversees the University’s two main publications—the DeSales University Magazine and The President’s Report.
Before coming to DeSales, Janelle worked as a broadcast news producer, winning multiple Associated Press awards and a Mid-Atlantic Regional Emmy award. She earned a bachelor’s degree in print journalism from Hofstra University and an MBA in management from DeSales. In her free time, Janelle is a part-time EMT with the Macungie Ambulance Corps, and she enjoys running, hiking, kayaking, and traveling.
