David Oblas

David is the director of web strategy within the marketing and communications department at DeSales. As the director, David works with both academic and non-academic departments across the University to keep their web presence accurate and up to date. David earned his bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, with a minor in business information systems from Bloomsburg University in 2007. He is currently furthering his education, working toward an MBA at DeSales.

While not at work, David enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. He coaches youth soccer, constantly holds doors open for people, thinks he’s funny, grows vegetables, and enjoys the peace and tranquility of his favorite hammock.
