The Office of the Registrar schedules all University courses and maintains the permanent records of all our students, past and current.
Transcripts: Official
Transcript ordering service allows you to order official transcripts online at any time, 24/7. Official transcripts can be delivered electronically in as little as 15 minutes from when you place your order.
You can order as many transcripts as you like in one online session using any major credit card. Real-time email and mobile text alerts keep you up to date on the status of your order. You can also track your order on the transcript ordering website.

*Paper option mailed via USPS First-Class Mail is also available on weekdays. Electronic transcripts are not offered to records prior to 1994.
Transcript ordering is provided through the National Student Clearinghouse, a nonprofit organization serving the higher education community since 1993.
Transcripts: Unofficial
Only current students have access to their unofficial transcripts. Current students can find your unofficial transcript on your MyDSU portal page.

- Registration and Academic Profile
- Academics tab on left hand side (graduation cap icon)
- Select "Unofficial Transcript"
- Choose a transcript level and the transcript should download automatically.
Diplomas: Official Replacements
Graduates of DeSales University/Allentown College of St. Francis de Sales are eligible to receive a replacement DeSales University diploma for a $50 processing fee. Orders are placed online through the Alumni site.
- Diplomas orders are processed monthly
- We will no longer be ordering Allentown College diplomas – only DeSales University diplomas (AC graduates can order a replacement, but it will have the DeSales name on it)
Diplomas: Certified Electronic
DeSales now offers electronic diplomas provided in partnership with CeCredentialTrust. More than a paper credential, this is an official, secure and verifiable PDF version of your accomplishment!

Once you complete your coursework for a DeSales certificate (i.e. undergraduate, Online & Adult Studies, post-baccalaureate, graduate, post-graduate), you may submit your Certificate Completion Application.
The cost to process your certificate is $35.00. The approximate processing time is 2-4 weeks, and you will receive it in the mail using the address we have on file. If you have any questions about the process, please contact registrar@desales.edu.
