ACCESS Program to Hold Open House for Prospective Students

by Janelle Hill | Jul 14, 2017

The DeSales University ACCESS Program, for adult education, is holding an open house for prospective students on Thursday, August 3, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Center Valley and Bethlehem Area campuses.

“It is the perfect time to meet with an academic advisor to have your questions answered about earning your bachelor’s degree,” says Leala Kuchera, academic advisor.

Prospective students will have the chance to meet one-on-one with an experienced advisor and learn about everything from credit transfer and financial aid to what it’s like to take an online course and how to get started. “We’re here to offer them guidance and resources and to help them sort out the next steps in achieving their goals,” Kuchera says.

The ACCESS Program offers courses online or on campus at three convenient locations with 11 start dates throughout the year. Most classes run in eight-week sessions, with special six-week spring and summer minimesters and a three-week wintermester. The program was also named a Leader in Adult Education for the 2017 Who’s Who in Business, Lehigh Valley for the second year in a row.
