"DeSales" Answer in New York Times Crossword, October 21

by Tom McNamara | Oct 23, 2012

The Sunday, October 21, New York Times Crossword Puzzle, titled "Bypassing Security," had this clue for 89 Down: 'University in Center Valley, Pa.',
7 letters. DeSales University was name-checked in the most famous crossword puzzle in the United States.

'Strayer', also in Center Valley, has the same number of letters but did not fit with the clues around it--"Jazzman Jones' (Thad) and "Former capital of 10+ million" (Laos)

Thanks to Dr. Wayne Stuart, director of our physician assistant program, for being the first to tell us.
