We are pleased announce the recent achievements of our faculty.

Dr. Rodney Howsare was invited by the esteemed historian Robert Louis Wilken, the William R. Kenan, Jr. Professor of the History of Christianity Emeritus at the University of Virginia, to participate in a symposium sponsored by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops on the new evangelization and Catholic education on March 16, 2013. 

Dr. Mary Ellen Miller
made a presentation entitled “Future of Nursing: Advancing Health Through Interprofessional Collaboration” at the 140th American Public Health Association Annual Meeting on October 27-31, 2012, in San Francisco, Calif.  In addiiton, Dr. Miller's dissertation “Why Fathers are Too Important to Ignore” was published in the March/April 2013 issue of the Holistic Nursing Practice Journal.  Co-authors are Sheryl Ruzek, Sarah Bass, Thomas Gordon, and Joseph Ducette.
