Why I Do What I Do: I enjoy ensuring my company follows corporate, state and federal policies and regulations. I travel throughout the U.S., with opportunities to travel overseas, to review and audit AmeriGas locations and UGI Corp. subsidiaries ensuring compliance with company policies/procedures as well as SOX-404, SFAS 133, corporate, federal and state regulations.

Hobbies: Going to concerts, going to Atlantic City, jogging, row boating, hiking, hosting Game Night/Wii Night at my house once a month, reading Stephen King and Sandra Brown novels, and hanging out with my friends and family.

Favorite Music: Country and Classic Rock

Sports Personalities: Misty Mae-Trenor and Kerri Walsh, (the Packers-version of) Brett Favre, Jake Bergey, and Carl Edwards, NASCAR driver.

Courses I Loved: Federal Income Taxation I and II, Principles of Macro- and Microeconomics, Financial Accounting, Irish Music, Physical Education.

Biggest Achievement: Being selected to co-represent UGI Corp. in Vienna, Austria to review the financial reporting consolidation process of FLAGA Austria, one of UGI Corp.'s European propane companies.

Biggest Disappointment: Having several auto accidents in 2004, devastating a dream of becoming an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Career Goals: Promotion to senior auditor at my two-year anniversary; obtain my Certified Investments and Derivatives Auditor (C.I.D.A.) certification; obtain my Certified Internal Auditor and/or Certified Public Accountant certification.

Influential People: My father Michael Bristol, Dr. Tahereh Hojjat and Dr. Chris Cocozza - for being the teachers that convinced me I have what it takes to do well in my occupation and life.

Favorite Quote: "Persevere, because Fortitude is the Only Attitude" - My father.

Biggest Challenge: Juggling 15 weeks/year traveling out of town, 20 weeks/year day-commuting to Reading, PA, celebrating nine siblings and two parents' birthdays and big events, working out, time with friends and time alone.

Best Advice Received: "Go easy on the bottle. Be hard on yourself." (Trace Adkins, I'm Trying)

Advice I Would Give: Never think something is so difficult that it warrants use of the word "impossible."

Toughest Obstacle I Overcame: The death of my mother, Lynn Bristol, in 2000.

What I Liked Best About DeSales: All four years! My friends, my degree, and my life there.

What I Miss Most About DeSales: All four years! My friends and my life there.

What I Miss Least About DeSales: Drama and the cafeteria. Thank goodness for the DeSales University Center!

Advice for Present DeSales Students: Focus on what you need to do and do it, and then focus on your desires. One lends itself to the other and eventually they intertwine.
