The Department of Humanities offers a B.A. in Communication. Communication majors take a variety of communication-based courses in writing, speaking, persuasion, journalism, and professional presentation. They also complete a specialized track of 6 courses in one of the following: Business, Sport Communication, or individually designed track. Communication majors usually complete one or more internships in their senior year, develop an extensive portfolio of work they have done, and establish professional networking contacts.
